Team & Way of Working
The Digital Platform (Business Banking) is structured into 3 multidisciplinary squads. Each squad is composed of diverse roles and includes FE & BE developers, Quality Assurance specialists, DevOps professionals, analysts, UX designers and business stakeholders.

The Mission – Frontend Developer
You will play a central role in developing client-facing interfaces, collaborating with UX, backend developers and business stakeholders.

Your Day to Day
– Translate functional analysis into UI technical solutions.
– Develop performant, scalable frontend components.
– Follow and contribute to coding standards.
– Write and execute unit and integration tests.
– Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle.
– Support release activities and documentation.
– Investigate and resolve defects.
– Explore new technologies and propose improvements.
– Contribute to enhancing internal development processes.

What You Bring to the Team

– Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript

– Experience with any JavaScript framework/library such as Angular/React

– Understands the Micro Frontends architecture

– Familiarity with libraries that implement Web Components such as Lit.js/Astro

– Familiarity with essential build systems such as Webpack/Rollup/Babel

– Experience with Redux/RxJS or any other state management solution

– Understanding of REST APIs

– Azure DevOps experience

– Agile/Scrum mindset

– Adaptability: adapt to changing technologies and changing business requirements, learn new skills and technologies

– Attention to detail, strong communication and problem-solving skills

Education
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering.
